Pocket Guide: A Guide for Providing Clinical Care Across the Bio-Psychosocial Domains
Important! When printing this trifold pocket guide, print on 8.5x11 paper but print the document at actual size. Do not “shrink to fit” within printer margins as your pamphlet will not fold correctly. Copying of the one sided document to a two-sided single sheet is strongly recommended prior to use. If printing directly as a double-sided document, open "Pocket Guide A" and select “short side binding” or "right bind" so that front and back are appropriately oriented. If that does not work, open "Pocket Guide B" and select "left bind."
